We offer free repair services for manufacturing or technical faults within one year from the original date of purchase. Please keep your receipt for warranty service. After the warranty period, we provide paid repair services.
30-Day Returns
If you encounter any of the Incorrect Item Received/Item Quality Issues/Missing Items with your Fareasttech product, please email cs@fareasttech.com or contact us online. Our customer service team is ready to assist you in resolving the matter.
You have the flexibility to return your order for the 3 reasons mentioned above within 30 days from the date of receipt. Also, we will only cover the shipping costs if your order meets the 3 situations mentioned above.
To qualify for a return, please ensure that the items are in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging. Kindly note that free or promotional items must be returned along with the original item to receive a full refund. In addition, to expedite the process, we may request your order number and a brief description of the issue. If possible, attaching a video that illustrates the problem would be greatly appreciated.
Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will initiate the refund or replacement process, and the credited amount will be automatically applied to your original payment method. It may take 1-3 working days for the refund to reflect on your bank statements.
General Return /Exchange Process
Before returning or exchanging the product, please take photos of the complete package, the original state of the product, and accessories, and describe the problem you have encountered! We will check to confirm!
Step 1 Initiate your return/exchange
e-mail us at cs@fareasttech.com and let us know your order number. Our customer service representatives determine eligibility for refunds and exchanges and then a “Return & Exchange” authorization will be sent to you.
Step 2 Ship the product back
Once our customer service has approved your request and provided our return/exchange address to you, please initiate the return/exchange within 3 days by following our instructions. It's better to use the shipping method providing tracking information as well as a signature, so delivery can be confirmed. If the item to be returned/exchanged is shipped without a tracking number, the customer will be liable once the item is lost by the carrier and no refund will be issued.
Step 3 Refund or exchange
When we receive your return, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
